On August 22nd I’ll be involved in a special event – An Evening with Charlotte’s Web. It’s an onstage reading of a short play written by Katherine Dempsey, adapted from the classic children’s book – my very favourite growing up. In fact, I used it as a clue in THE BRUTAL TELLING. (Some pig). I’ll be the narrator for the production that will feature the Knowlton Players.

I’ll be one of the Guests of Honour at the huge Crime Writers/Readers convention, Bouchercon. It will be in Calgary this year, from October 22nd to 25th. It’s an amazing, at times overwhelming, event! Packed with amazing writers and fellow readers. Hope to see you there.
On Friday, October 23 at 7 p.m., I’ll be taking part in a special event with Wordfest in Calgary.
Good news! The main theatre at Calgary Public Library Central has become available for the evening, allowing Wordfest to move this event to the beautiful Patricia A. Whelan Performance Hall. My friend Mellissa Fung will be the on-stage interviewer.
This wonderful new venue means many more of you will have the opportunity to join us for what promises to be a very special evening.
If you have already entered the draw, there is no need to apply again. But you will need to buy your tickets.
